§ 72.03 EXCEPTIONS.
   Notwithstanding the previous portions of this chapter, the following activities are not prohibited, and are not a violation of this chapter:
   (A)   Any vehicle owned by, and operated by an employee of, any state, county, township or municipal government;
   (B)   Any person, owning facilities for storage of grain for their individual farm purposes, which is located within the village limits, is excepted from the operation of this chapter, but only to the extent necessary for them to move grain to and from their private grain storage facilities to the nearest portion of the truck route; and
   (C)   Any person operating a vehicle for the purpose of making a delivery of goods or services to a resident or business in the village. All deliveries are to be made on the truck route where possible, and local deliveries are only exempted from this chapter while operating on the shortest route possible from the truck route to the place of delivery.
