§ 72.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HEAVY VEHICLE. Any vehicle which has a gross vehicle weight of 10,000 pounds or more, including but not limited to trucks, tractors, wagons, trailers, or any combination thereof.
   TRUCK ROUTE. The streets of the village upon which heavy vehicles, as defined above, are allowed to travel.
