§ 70.02 CLASSIFICATION OF VEHICLES.
   For the purpose of this chapter, motor vehicles shall be divided into two divisions, to-wit: first, vehicles which are designed for the carrying of not more than nine passengers; second, those vehicles which are designed and used for pulling or carrying freight and also vehicles designed and used for carrying more than nine persons.
