(a) The city does hereby prohibit the establishment of retail marijuana dispensaries, cultivators, and processors of adult use cannabis and medical marijuana within the corporation limits of the city after the passage of this section.
(b) Nothing in this section shall be construed to prohibit retail or medical marijuana dispensaries already in existence at the time of its passage.
