(a) The Commission shall meet in January, March, May, July, September, and November of each year at a time and location as determined by the Commission. The Chair of the Commission, or a majority of voting members, may cancel any regularly scheduled meeting or schedule additional meetings provided notice of not less than twenty-four hours is provided to all members and the media.
(b) All meetings of the Commission are open to the public for attendance and participation.
(c) A quorum shall consist of three regular members.
