274.03 TERMS.
   (a)   All regular members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission shall be appointed for four-year terms without limit.
   (b)   Ex-officio members of the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission shall include the Recreation Director and Director of Public Service and Safety.
   (c)   Commission members shall elect their own Chairperson and Secretary to serve as officers for one-year periods.
