274.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission shall consist of five members. Two voting members of the Committee shall be appointed by City Council. Two members shall be appointed by the Mayor of Wapakoneta. One member shall be designated by the Wapakoneta City Board of Education. The Recreation Director and Director of Public Service and Safety shall serve as ex-officio non-voting members.
