      (2)   Then proceed north an approximate distance of 135 feet.
      (3)   Immediately proceed west a distance of approximately 20 feet.
      (4)   Proceed north until reaching the south bank of the Auglaize River.
      (5)   Then proceeding west along the river's edge to the centerline of Blackhoof Street.
      (6)   Then proceeding south to the centerline of the east-west alley midway between Auglaize Street and Main Street (that is, including properties on the east side of Blackhoof Street only).
      (7)   Continue east along the centerline of this alley to the centerline of Perry Street.
      (8)   Proceeding south along the centerline of Perry Street (that is, including the properties on the east side of Perry Street only) for a distance of approximately 60 feet to the northwest corner of 15 Willipie Street.
      (9)   Then proceeding east to the centerline of Willipie Street.
      (10)   Proceeding south on Willipie Street to Mechanic Street.
      (11)   Proceeding east on Mechanic Street (that is, including the properties on the north side of Mechanic Street only) to the centerline of the CSX Railroad.
      (12)   Proceeding northeast along the railroad centerline to the centerline of E. Auglaize Street.
      (13)   See Exhibit A attached to Ordinance 2022-29 for map of described area.
   (b)   This designation was based on historical, architectural, archaeological, and cultural significance related to the development of the City of Wapakoneta. The majority of the buildings in this district are contributing buildings (more than 50 years of age, possess some type of architectural significance), and collectively form a distinctive area exemplifying significant architectural styles and/or portray the early development of the City.
