896.99 PENALTY.

(a) Whoever fails to comply with an order issued pursuant to Section 896.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each day's continued violation is a separate offense.

(b) Whoever violates Section 896.09 or Section 896.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree.

(c) Whoever violates or fails to comply with any section other than Sections 896.04, 896.09 or 896.10 is guilty of a misdemeanor or the fourth degree.
