1444.07 BOND REQUIRED FOR WORK IN PUBLIC RIGHT-OF-WAY.

All contractors, including utility companies, working within a public right-of-way, shall be bonded in the minimum amount of five thousand dollars ($5,000). Evidence of such bond shall be submitted to the Director of Public Service and Safety or his or her designee prior to commencement of any work within the City.
