In an "R-3" District, the following uses shall be permitted only if specifically authorized by the Planning Commission in accordance with Chapter 1252:

• Child day care; Type B as regulated by Ohio R.C. Chapter 5104 | • Public parks, playgrounds, recreational and community center buildings and grounds • Public or private forests and wildlife reservations | • Bed and breakfast establishment • Office or studio in the dwelling |
