   The following uses are permitted as of right in the "R-2" District:

 

Residential Uses	Public and Semi-Public Uses	Commercial Uses
•   Single-family detached dwelling as permitted by the platting process of the subdivision regulations of the City •   Two family dwellings	•   Public utilities	•   None
