Prior to the granting of final plat approval, the subdivider shall have installed, or shall have furnished adequate bond for the installation of, the improvements listed and described in this chapter. All of the required improvements shall be made in full compliance with the specifications for each of the various units of work, as required by the Director of Public Service and Safety, the County Engineer, the County Sanitary Engineer or the County Board of Health, according to the nature of the improvements.
