1244.05 MINOR SUBDIVISIONS OR LOT SPLITS.
   (a)   Approval without a plat may be granted by the Planning Commission if the proposed subdivision meets the following conditions:
      (1)   The proposed subdivision is located along an existing public street and involves no opening, widening or extension of any street or road.
      (2)   The proposed subdivision is not contrary to applicable subdivision or zoning regulations.
      (3)   The property has been surveyed and a sketch and legal description, along with the deed, are submitted.
   (b)   If approval is given under the provisions of this section, the designated representative of the Planning Commission may, within seven working days after submission, sign the conveyance and stamp "Approved, Wapakoneta City Planning Commission." If approval is denied, the party or parties may appeal to the Commission for approval. No transfer shall be recorded until the approval is granted.
