(a) All development areas may be subject to external inspections by the Engineering Department to ensure compliance with the approved SWPPP or abbreviated SWPPP.
(b) After each external inspection, the City shall prepare and distribute a status report to the applicant/owner.
(c) If an external inspection determines that operations are being conducted in violation of the approved SWPPP or abbreviated SWPPP the City may take action as detailed in Section 1230.14.
