Commercial businesses or industries who request “special collection” of solid wastes shall be required to rent from the City, an appropriately sized dumpster that will be delivered and placed at a location agreeable with both parties.
(a) Dumpster rental shall be charged as follows:

(b) In the event that dumpsters are kept by the customer in excess of thirty days, the customer shall be charged at a flat rate of $3.00 per day until the “special collection” event is concluded.
(c) Collection and disposal fees shall be as follows:
