(a) The following volume-based charges are hereby established for the sale of composted material which is purchased from the City Farm and Compost Facility:
(1) Pickup truck load or equivalent volume $22.50
(2) Trailer load 15.00
(3) Garbage can 1.50
(4) Four 5-gallon buckets (minimum charge) 1.50
(b) The Director of Public Service and Safety shall be responsible for establishing rules and regulations for selling, distributing and accounting for the sale of the composted material herein described.
