The rates and charges set forth herein are intended to recover costs associated with delivering power and energy acquired by the customer over the Utility's transmission system. Should customer fail to acquire and/or arrange for the delivery of sufficient power and energy to meet its load and energy requirements, Utility may, at its option, supply supplemental power and energy to meet customer's load and energy requirements, in which case customer shall pay 110% of all costs incurred by Utility in connection with acquiring, and arranging for the delivery of, supplemental power and energy required to serve the customer's load and energy requirements.
