1046.65 EXCISE (kWh) TAX ADJUSTMENT.

The rates and charges set forth in this schedule shall be increased by an amount equal to the excise (kWh) tax imposed on the City's electric distribution system under Ohio R.C. 5727.81. Said increase shall be automatically adjusted to reflect any change in the kilowatt-hour tax imposed by Ohio R.C. 5727.81.
