The monthly charge per lamp will be set forth as a separate item on the consumer's bill and is payable in the same manner and subject to the same gross and net billing as specified for the metered electric service. If not paid as specified, all electric service, including the regular metered service, shall be subject to disconnection as provided by the Utility's general rules and regulations.
