1046.56 CHARACTER OF SERVICE.
   The lighting unit shall be a mercury vapor type or equivalent luminaire, photo-electric or otherwise controlled so as to provide substantially dusk-to-dawn year-round lighting service of approximately 4,000 hours operation per year.
