1046.50 POWER FACTOR CORRECTIVE EQUIPMENT.
   Where the consumer installs power factor corrective equipment, the Utility may require the consumer to install, at his or her expense, such control devices as are necessary to prevent excessive or detrimental voltage variations on the Utility's system. In the event of noncompliance by the consumer, the kVar billing capacity will be determined as though the power factor correction equipment was disconnected.
