1046.37 TEMPORARY SERVICE.

The foregoing rates shall apply for temporary service. However, the consumer shall pay all charges specified in the Utility's general rules and regulations which provide that the consumer shall pay all up and down costs and shall make a suitable deposit to cover all the costs involved.
