(a) The net rate per month or part thereof per service shall be as set forth herein. The billings shall be calculated as the sum of the charges set forth below:

All kWh @ $0.096 kWh | Utility reserves the right to install demand meters for any load. |
(b) The foregoing rates are subject to the provisions hereinafter set forth relating to purchased power cost adjustment, the minimum charge, terms of payment and other applicable adjustments.
