Whenever service is discontinued for nonpayment of an account, a charge of fifty dollars ($50.00) shall be paid by the consumer for the continuation and reconnection of such service, if said reconnection is requested on Monday thru Friday during the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. In the event that the consumer requests that the service be reestablished after 3:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, said connection charge herein provided, shall be set at one hundred dollars ($100.00).
