The size and slope of the building sewer shall be subject to the approval of the Inspector. In no event shall the diameter be less than six inches from the cleanout to the connection with the public sewer. Four inches diameter pipe is permitted from the cleanout to the building. The slope of such six inch pipe shall not be less than one-eighth inch per foot and four inch pipe not less than one-fourth inch per foot.
