Before beginning construction of a private sewage disposal system, the owner shall obtain a written permit signed by the Inspector. The permit application shall be made on a form furnished by the City, which the applicant shall supplement by any plane, specifications and other information deemed necessary by the Inspector. A permit and inspection fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be paid the City at the time application is filed.
