1028.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). In addition, the person shall replace the tree with a size and species recommended by the Tree Commission. Each tree affected by a violation of this chapter shall constitute a separate offense.
