No owner or occupant of any lot or parcel of land on which there exists a tree or bush in such condition as to cause imminent danger to pedestrians using the sidewalks, or vehicles and persons using the streets and alleys, shall permit such tree or bush to remain in a dangerous condition. The owner or occupant shall cause the dangerous tree or bush to be removed, or cause the same to be fixed or repaired.
