1028.06 DISTANCE FROM STREET CORNERS AND FIREPLUGS.

(a) No street tree shall be planted closer than twenty feet from any street corner, measured from the point of the nearest intersecting curbs or curblines.

(b) No street tree shall be planted closer than ten feet from any fireplug.
