(a) Carrying License. The license shall be carried at all times by the licensee when soliciting or canvassing and shall be exhibited by the licensee upon request to do so by any police officer or any person solicited or canvassed.
(b) Revocation. Licenses may be revoked by the Police Chief for violation of any City ordinance, or of any State or Federal law, for misrepresentation made in the application therefor, or whenever the holder of the license is guilty of fraud, misrepresentation or deceit or ceases to possess the character or qualities required for the issuance of such license.
