672.095 THROWING, SHOOTING, PROPELLING MISSLES.
   (a)   No person shall throw, shoot or propel an arrow, missile, pellet, stone, a lead, iron, metal, or other similar substance capable of causing physical harm to persons or property, in or on any public place, in or on the property of another, or from any private property into or onto any public place or the property of another. This section does not apply to the lawful use of firearms as defined in R.C. § 2923.11 nor any component of or ammunition for the same.
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
