(a) Temporary 15-minute loading and unloading zones, and temporary 15-minute parking spaces, on the east side of Perry Street, just north of Main Street, are hereby authorized as set forth in this section.
(b) Specified days for temporary fifteen-minute loading and unloading at the office of the County Board of Elections shall be as follows:
(1) Saturday before the primary election, provided there is a primary election;
(2) The night before primary election day, provided there is a primary election;
(3) The day of the primary election;
(4) The Saturday before the general election;
(5) The night before the general election;
(6) The day of the general election.
(c) Specified days for temporary 15-minute parking shall be as follows:
(1) Primary election absentee ballots ready, provided there is a primary election (35 days before the primary election);
(2) Voter registration and change of address for primary election (29 days before the primary election; close at 9:00 p.m.);
(3) General election absentee ballots ready (35 days before the general election);
(4) Voter registration and change of address for general election (29 days before the general election; close at 9:00 p.m.).
(d) The Board of Elections may store and set out the traffic cones on the specified days and maintain the same at its expense. Elections are the first Tuesday after the first Monday of May and November of any election year, in addition to any special elections that may occur.
