410.04 IMPOUNDING NOT RELEASE FROM PENALTIES.

The expense of removal and storage of a vehicle impounded under the provisions of this chapter shall not release the owner, chauffeur, driver or other person in charge of such vehicle from the penalty imposed for violation of any provision of this Traffic Code.
