(a) Chairperson. He or she shall preside over meetings and conduct the business of the Commission.
(b) Vice-Chairperson. He or she shall preside during the absence or inability of the Chairperson to serve and shall perform other duties as may be assigned.
(c) Secretary. He or she shall keep a record of the proceedings of all meetings and have them available upon request.
