276.01 ESTABLISHMENT; MEMBERSHIP; COMPENSATION.
   (a)   A Sewer Commission is hereby established in and for the City.
   (b)   The Commission shall consist of three members, namely the Chairperson of the City Council Sewer Committee, the Director of Public Service and Safety and the Superintendent of the Sewer Treatment Plant.
   (c)   The members of the Commission shall serve without pay.
