The following rates and charges for users of the Wapakoneta Emergency Medical Service (EMS) are hereby adopted. These rates and charges shall apply to all users of said service within the entire service territory, including contracted areas outside the corporate limits of the City of Wapakoneta.

* Mileage: $14.40 per loaded mile as defined. |
(b) The rates herein above established shall be adjusted annually on January 1 to include increases established and approved by Medicare index for inflation.
