246.07 RECORD OF FIRES.
   The Fire Chief shall keep in convenient form a complete record of all fires. This record shall include the time of the alarm, the location of the fire, cause of fire, if known, the type of building, the name of the owner and tenant, the purpose for which occupied, the value of the building and contents, members of the Department responding to the alarm, and such other information as he or she deems advisable, or which is required, from time to time, by Council.
