(a) The Police Chief shall have exclusive control of the stationing and transfer of all patrolmen and other officers and employees in the Police Department, under general rules and regulations as the Director of Public Service and Safety prescribes.
(b) The Police Chief shall be at least twenty-one years of age and during service to the City shall reside either in Auglaize County, Ohio or in any county immediately adjacent to Auglaize County in the State of Ohio.
