242.05 NONRESIDENT FIRE SERVICE.

The Director of Public Service and Safety is hereby authorized to enter into contracts and renew contracts in the future on behalf of the City, with such political subdivisions or fire companies as he or she deems proper, providing for the exchange of fire-fighting equipment and fire-fighters in the event of an emergency.
