236.13 ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.

(a) The Auditor of the City is hereby authorized to establish an Enforcement and Education Fund which shall be a special revenue fund in the City accounts pursuant to the requirements of Substitute House Bill 837.

(b) The purpose of this Fund shall be to receive certain monies relating to the enforcement of laws governing the operation of motor vehicles while under the influence of alcohol.
