222.03 CORRECTION OF FORM.

Whenever the form of a proposed measure does not comply with the provisions of Sections 222.01 and 222.02, the Clerk of Council or Law Director shall call this to the attention of Council, and the Law Director shall submit a draft of the measure which, if adopted, will correct the omission.
