Ward Four shall contain all of the area west of Blackhoof Street from its intersection with the south corporation line to its intersection with Auglaize Street; and south of Auglaize Street from its intersection with Blackhoof Street to its intersection with Herbstreet (Herb) Street; and west of Herbstreet (Herb) Street from its intersection with Auglaize Street to its intersection with the corporation line at the Auglaize River.
