Ward Three shall contain all of the area south of Middle Street from its intersection with the east corporation line to its intersection with Wood Street; and east of Wood Street from its intersection with Middle Street to its intersection with Pearl Street; and south of Pearl Street from its intersection with Wood Street to its intersection with Blackhoof Street; and east of Blackhoof Street from its intersection with Pearl Street to its intersection with the south corporation line.
