§ 17-3401 CONDITIONAL USE PROCEDURE.
   The city may process applications for a Conditional Use Permit, wherein the yard requirements of this Zoning Ordinance may be relaxed to provide for building and site improvements for special needs accommodations, subject to the conditions established under § 17-3402 below.
   (a)   Any land owner or his legally authorized agent desiring a Conditional Use Permit, shall file with the City Clerk an application upon forms provided, and such application shall be accompanied by a conceptual drawing of the proposed improvement and such other data and information as may be prescribed by the Planning Commission. At the time of filing said application with the City Clerk the applicant shall pay to the City Clerk an amount corresponding to a fee schedule adopted and maintained by the Governing Body.
   (b)   After filing the required application, and payment of the required fee, the City Clerk shall advertise and a public hearing shall be conducted, in the same manner as prescribed under § 17-3504 relative to amendments to this Zoning Ordinance.
