The Zoning Administrator shall certify approval of the site plan upon presentation of an original or amended site plan meeting all of the review standards and requirements listed under § 17-3004 above, and shall approve the associated building permit(s), indicating compliance with provisions of the Zoning Ordinance. Such approval shall not supersede requirements for approvals from the Building Official, Fire Chief or other city officials with respect to compliance with other city codes.
