Accessory uses, buildings and structures permitted in the Mixed-Use Development District as set forth in Section 1272.02 shall conform to the following requirements:
(a) Setback Requirements. Accessory uses, buildings and structures shall meet all the building setback requirements set forth in the Schedule of Setback Requirements in Section 1272.04
, unless otherwise specified in this Code.
(b) Off-Street Parking and Loading. Off-street parking and loading areas shall conform to the minimum parking setback requirements specified in the Schedule of Setback Requirements in Section 1272.04
, shall conform to the regulations of Chapter 1292
, and shall comply with the provisions of Section 1272.08
.
(c) Fences and Walls. Fences and walls shall be permitted accessory uses provided they comply with Chapter 1298
, Landscaping, Screening and Outdoor Lighting Regulations.
(d) Signs. Signs shall be permitted accessory uses provided they comply with the regulations of Chapter 1296
and the provisions of Section 1272.08

(e) Warehousing and Storage. Warehousing and storage shall be a conditional accessory use provided that the Planning Commission first makes the determination that the requirements of Chapter 1294
have been met according to the procedures set forth in Chapter 1258
.
(f) Arcades. Arcades shall be a conditional accessory use provided that the Planning Commission first makes the determination that the requirements of Chapter 1294
have been met according to the procedures set forth in Chapter 1258

(g) Restaurants. Restaurants shall be a conditional accessory use provided that the Planning Commission first makes the determination that the requirements of Chapter 1294
have been met according to the procedures set forth in Chapter 1258
