(a) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of the International Energy Conservation Code, as adopted in Section 1430.01, and a provision of any local ordinance, resolution, rule or regulation, the local provision shall control.
(b) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such Code and a provision of State law, the stricter standard shall control.
(c) In the event of a conflict between any of the provisions of such Code and a provision of any other technical code adopted by reference by the Village, the stricter standard shall control.
(d) In the event of a conflict between the provision of the 2003 Edition of the International Energy Conservation Code and the National Electrical Code heretofore adopted by the Village of Walton Hills, the stricter code shall prevail.
