1422.99 PENALTY.

Notwithstanding any provision of the 2006 RCO, as adopted in Section 1422.01, to the contrary, whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of such Code shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 1448.99 of this Building and Housing Code.
