Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of this Building and Housing Code, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, including the standards adopted in Title Two of this Building and Housing Code, including any architect, builder, plumber, electrical, carpenter, mason or any other subcontractor employed by any such person, firm or corporation shall be subject to Section 202.99 Penalties of the Village of Walton Hills Codified Ordinances. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. The imposition of any fine or penalty prescribed in this Building and Housing Code shall not preclude any appropriate action or proceeding at law or in equity to prevent any unlawful erection, construction, alteration, moving, removal, demolition, maintenance or use of any building, structure or premises, or to restrain, correct or abate any violation, or to prevent the illegal use or occupancy of any building, structure or premises, or to prevent any illegal act, conduct, business or use in or about any premises.
